How to provide partial refund?

NOTE: This is only available if the purchase is done in Oasis. If the purchase is done in AMS, it won't work. In addition, if the credit card is collected in Oasis, please check with your account manager if your refund transaction gets sync to AMS or not. Some do and some don't.

You could give partial refund as long as the amount is less than what they have paid for by going to USER tab > USER PURCHASES > look for the transaction > Click REFUND > Type the amount of money you want to refund.
