How to create a custom completion email

In Course Detail, select Manage Features from Toolbox:

In Manage Features, please make sure to check Completion Emails:

NOTE: There is a default completion email that is going to be sent if you check this box. However, if you do not want the default completion email, you are able to customize the email.

Go back to the course detail and go to the Email tab:

On this page, the custom email message is customizable:
