What does each course status mean

The status of our courses in Oasis are color coded as followed :

1. Edit - The course is still edited, and is not accessible to any learners

2. Publish As Beta - The course is published as Beta, and is only accessible for beta testers

NOTE: Credit cannot be claimed in Beta

3. Publish - The course is published, and is accessible for learners with correct eligibility

4. Retired - The course has been retired, and is no longer available to new learners

NOTE:

5. Archived - The course has been archived, and is no longer available to all learners

Retired Behavior:

Displayed to / Hidden from New User: After the course retires you can decide if you want to hide it from the catalog or continue to display it for New Users.

Lose access to course: You can have the users that are in progress or have completed the course lose access once it retires.

Lose access to course if unstarted: The user that have purchased the course but have not started it will lose access.

Auto Archive: Once the course expires/retires it will automatically get Archived (soft delete).
